Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, we provided all cleaning supplies and equipment

Do you use pet friendly products?

Yes, when booking in we will ask if you have pets, so we know not to use any harsh chemicals and eco friendly products only during your clean. If you're not home during the clean, we are happy to change pet water and give a little treat if left out for the cleaner

Do you charge extra for add ons?

Yes, add ons include: inside fridges, inside ovens, windows & tracks, blinds. This can be discussed at your first point of contact if any adds on are required.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, everything is detailed when you're given your quote. We list room by room and exactly what you're getting for your money

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are insured through Allianz and can provide insurance details if requested 

How much notice do I need to give to make changes?

We ask to try and give 48 hours notice for any changes

Do you work alone or bring a team?

General cleans will be one solo cleaner. If it is a deep clean or a bigger job there maybe two or more cleaners 

How to pay?

Payment is due after your clean, this can either be done via bank transfer or cash. An invoice will be sent out to all clients with a full list of everything that was covered in your clean
